Details of the complaint :

i bought the m17R3 from him last saturday..i went all the way to JB from KL to meet him after he agreed to give me a discount to cover for fuel and toll. After a 3 1/2 hr drive, i arrived at City Square n called him to let him know that i've arrived but then he said that i have to wait for a while because he need some time to delete the m17R3 OS giving reason that there is alot of confidential and personal stuff and ask me to install the OS later myself. I was reluctant at first and asked how wud i check if the notebook is running well but he made me belived that the m17R3 is in superb condition and that he can show me the m17R3 diagnostic later..

with the thought that he is a nice guy and since im in JB alredy, i said ok and wait for an hour+ for him to arrived with the huge m17R3 in his hand. he started to do the diagnostic and show me that all is working just fine..me without thinking much, are more wurried about the cosmetic deffect and just concentrate on inspecting wether theres a dent or visible scratch..im fully satisfied and happy to find that it look just like new! and the m17R3 beautiful lighting jus made my 3 1/2hr trip worth it..so without thinking much i paid the agreed amount and thank him for such a nice deal and gud price. he left with a big smile on his face(probablly thinking wat a loser am i) and i left for KL.

with an excited mind, i reinstalled the OS the next day only to be disapointed to found that theres a problem with the display and some keybord keys are not working..at first i thought maybe becoz i havent installed all the driver yet..i msg him stating the prob but he jus said that it might be the software problem and that i might installed it wrongly coz he never got prob before( yeah rite)..so ok i still wana belive him but after installing all the latest driver the problem still there..the screen color still look like shit and i cant used the Q,W,E,R,U,I and O keys!..i decided to send the m17R3 to dell shop to get some pros help and they confirm it..the graphic chip is toasted and the keyboard is spoiled..it will cost -+ rm700 to repair and the best part is the keyboard need to order and need to wait -+ 2 weeks..i have no other choice but to agreed..i msg him back explaining the situation still hoping that he also didnt expect it to end like this and take some responsible for it..but the msg got no reply and the phone got no answer..so i decided to accept my fate(i know its partly my fault for being too trusted and gulible) and since u(TrueBuyer) not answering my call/msg i just have to label u a scammers!

I hope u guys learn from my mistake..and for u the scammer, i dont mind buying a faulty item as the price is cheap but pls be honest about it la bro..so that i can prepared myself mentaly, do some research and put a side the budget for the repair..i hope karma will get u back 2x harder bro..if that small amount of money worth all the trouble and can make u happy, gud for u!..
