bought this piece last year but now under certain load I'm getting weird noise from the fan. it happens intermittently not always.

suspect it's the voltage or fan problem. Need help from experts

edit: root cause is 1st and 3rd GPU fan loose.

overclock failed with z170

tried to overclock with XMP 2666MHz profile but failed to boot with overclock failed BIOS error. works fine on default 2133MHz.

4 x 8GB Corsair vengeance LPX 2666MHz installed.

any idea?

cd/usb won't boot up on laptop

Hi, my laptop suddenly won't boot up CD or USB, First Boot Device setting is correct and i'm pretty sure the CD is bootable.

This problem occured after few attempts to install Ubuntu 10.04 but failed on half-way installation (Errno.5 Input/Output Error). After that when startup CD won't boot anymore just jump directly to Windows.

Any idea? Thanks..

iTouch restore error (6)

Hi, my iTouch recently updated to 2.0.2 through ITunes 7.7. After installing few apps from App stores the system become unstable & constantly hang.

Until the next restart my screen stuck at restore mode. Keep getting Error (6) when restoring, any idea how to solve this?
