good morning all, i have got this used ip6s from my mum, which she has upgraded to the 7, and i did a hard reset on the phone and now, i got it stuck on the hello screen, as it requires me to key in my mum's icloud id and password, which she has forgotten her password, and what worst is that she even forgotten her email and all the security q&a which she had set them up a year back. after some reading on the internet, i have still yet to find any solid solution to this matter. so my final resort would probably to be going back to the place where she bought it and to check with them if they can unlock the phone for me? or is there any other method which i can try? thank!
