Dear All,

We are looking for creative minds and those who has passion and love for miniature scale modeling (1:87). Full time, part time, interns.. we looking for all

We are about to start work for the largest permanent indoor miniature train exhibition here in Malaysia and we are now in search to assemble our team of superheroes to help make this a reality.

We will have one round of briefings this Saturday at The Teh Tarik Place @ Da Men USJ (next to Summit) at 11am and if we have time, we will do a short site visit so you know the size of this project.

Our project details are as below:
Venue - Level 4 Summit Subang
Duration of exhibition construction - 2 months
Total Area - 17,000 sq ft
Total Modelling Area - ~ 8000 sq ft
We estimate we will need 50,000 man hours to complete this project.

Pigeon in my roof

i have this constant problem with these few pigeons in my area..
they love to lay their eggs in my roof.. directly in my masterbedroom above where i sleep.. real nuisance in the middle of the night when the move around to look for food..

i have gotten indon guys to help me put up nets and block this pigeons from going into my roof.. no help.. they eventually break thru them.. i used those plastic 2cm by 2cm wire mesh..

personally when up and catch 4 babies in 2 separate occasion..

really out of ideas.. should i trap them ..?? poison them??? help

dirty lake behind house

what would you do to prevent this kinda things from happening to the landscape and waterscape near your house?
this debris are due to few construction sites around the lake near my housing taman.

we have lodge complains to the relevant municipal council.. all they do is just help us clean up.. then 2-3 days later.. same scene..
now coz of all those debris.. we getting super lots of mosquitoes..

what would you suggest to do to maintain it clean from our shore lines? any suggestions so i can bring up to my RA?

I dunno about you guys. I have been seeing lots of 1 lot trades.. have you noticed it?
kinda makes me wonder those trades were made for fun or is there any special code they are sending to others?

anyone got a theory? or its just some random guy buying 1lot..

[Home Renovation] Minor Renovation :D

Finally, its my turn to share on my home renovation. My house situated some where in Taman Tasik Prima, Puchong. Its just some minor renovation work. Mainly all the work is to make the kitchen and dining area a little bigger.
The house is 24x100 but do not intend to extend to the back My wife and I would love to have a garden behind.

Stretch Film Ceiling

Hi all,

Anyone has come across this sort of ceiling facade installation? we have heard of the typical plaster ceiling.. quite bored with the designs.. I wanted something unique.. so did some research on other methods..
Anyone know about stretch film (pvc material)..

Does anyone know any installer doing this?
