Guys ex-tenant moved out Dec 2014 but their mails keep coming in... current tenant is annoyed coz everyday there is mails.. & some need signature, got lawyers letters, register letter, urusan baginda etc..

Newspaper subscriber, rice delivery, gas supplier, tuition teacher & recently a few aunty selling cookies always come asking for them ... Each month got different strangers come asking for them. Told they moved out thye keep coming looking for them.. Why this happend ? & how to overcome... ?

Now what should I do with their mails .. discard or what.. ? now about 3kg in a box

My condo encounter the same problem those ex-tenant mails, very annoying when sorting for personal mails
