Dear forumer,

Would want to know if any 1 of you terminated 8mbps package streamyx before contract and how much you pay for termination fee?

I was told by TM officer that I need to pay cancellation fee for streamyx RM500 + fix line RM230. However, when i first signed contract only been informed to pay penalty RM500 if termination contract happen earlier within a years.

Reason to terminate because TIME offer rebate maximum amount of RM500 so i had decided to switch.

Hi guys, I'm totally new here.

Recently i have just paid my booking fee for subsale house which is 1% and bank also approved my loan but i did not sign the LO or any documents beside booking fee form.

So after thinking deep i decided want to pull it off..

My agent told me already arrange lawyer for me and told me that cannot be cancel but the thing is i haven't sign any agreement is it possible for me to cancel my house purchase ? I understand that my 1% of my deposit will not refundable..

My mom recently ask me to contribute to do wat change better "feng shui" for moyang at china for better luck and she want me contribute RM1k for the cost which can't be seen... no receipt or anything because she told me uncle/auntie already paid for RM50k for everything ... this RM1k is nothing just small part of contribution.. I found some virus which can't be delete/remove by anti virus program so i thinking of format entire system

So before the interview this HR management called me asking for salary expectation then I gave her example RMXk then during the interview i spoke to employer's and now i feel want more RMXk from salary expectation i told to his HR before

Meaning i change my salary expectation can this affect my personality of what they thought of me ??

window 7 genuine issue

I lost my original window 7 dvd but i still have the key product so if i use pirated installer to install my window 7 and then key in the previous key product is this going to make my window 7 genuine ??

-I was playing some youtube video and sudden hangs the color of the screen went off from what i can see
-After reboot it just won't startup again just hang on window logo screen
-i have try repair window automatically(found error which can't repair for some reason)
- I format C: try re-install (window 7) on progress "completing installation" suddenly it just turn to black screen with cursor with no respond for entire hours
-I try to install window xp and it works until i installed my graphic card drivers and the problem came back again it just stuck at window logo ..
- so i go safe mode to disable display adapters and it works again ..
I have tried many version of graphic drivers from old to newest it just repeat the same problem

From u guys technical view izzit my graphic card is dying ??

PC hang freeze when gaming

My pc so far doesn't have this kind of problem just yesterday I never off my pc for like 2~3days then it just boom completely off by itself so after that happen i restart my pc and shut it down to rest like couple hour's (possible overheat?) but today when i back to my game it freeze no bsod or whatever it just completely freeze ...So far it never happen , is my first time facing this problem ..

GPU temp : 54C
CPU temp : 38C

I also did clean dust , it doesn't work

Need your expert advice ..
