Hi all, i have got a parcel from oversea sent by my mum, inside are babies' wear which i intend to sell but my mum didnt put everything inside meaning to say she put like everything only one pair or one size. I had recieved call from POS Malaysia saying that they are taxing me like 250++, but my things inside is around that price also...but it is heavy lah....like 10kg....my mistake.

So guys should i go to customs myself to clarify that those things are not worth that much?and try to say it's for my family?or should i just pay the tax and let POS Malaysia do the rest?

Please advice...thx a lot in advance

Getha Bad Service

Hi guys,

Just wanna share my recent bad experience with Getha.

On 30/11, i went to the Getha showroom to buy a baby cot mattress for my baby which is due on this month. With a small purchase, my hubby n i never expect them to deliver it to our house but to take it ourself to the car. But eventually we ended up buying another single mattress for my elder son as he was having allegery from the other new bed we bought for him. So b4 we confirm our order, we asked the salesgal whether they have stock n when can they send it over n stuff. So she called the factory n confirmed with us there is available stock n can be send by tomolo. We were pleased then we asked her abt whether they can send us the baby cot mattress together since they r making a delivery. She reply no since the factory had no stock then if we wan it to deliver, we will have to wait for another day, Since my elder son is itchy everywhere. We decided to take the baby mat by ourself which was not that light.

Then later in the afternoon, the salesgal called n i was sleeping so didnt answer. The she sms me say there is no stock n the mat will be deliver on 3/12. I kept my cool n didnt say anything. Then 2/12 another salesgal called saying it will be send tomolo after 12pm so i kindly ask her around wat time will it be send? she say dunno as it is the lorry ppl will call me. So i say ok.

Then on 3/12, i waited till almost 3pm n noone called me. then i called the sales gal, half an hour later she called me back saying there are a lot of orders so might not make it today, i got pissed n told her i waited so long n u tell me u r not coming. i demand them to send it by today. So she agreed to send it after 7pm n again i asked her roughly wat time coz i got dinner n cant expect me to wait the whole day rite? she then promised to send it b4 8pm.

At the end , the mat was here at 9pm....i was very furious as i cant go out for my dinner n wasted my whole day waiting...anyway i got the no to complain n i called on friday regarding this matter. The person say she will get back to me on Mon and i waited till thursday which is today n yet noone call me. So i call the cust service there, she told me she oreadi ask the salegal to call me. I told her noone call me as of yet. Then she say will get back to me, 10 mins later that salegal call me, instead of saying of sorry n so, she actually scolded me for complaining as it was not her fault n blahblah....i got so pissed then i scolded her back. When asked about what took her so long to return call she reply it's her mgr's decision as they wanna discuss wat to do since they never encounter this kind of complain b4, so i asked for the mgr's no, the salegal reply mgr not in n dare not to give me the no.At the end she told me "i had made bigger sales more than u n noone actually complain but u, if u r not happy then just return the mat."

So i told her "i am very unhappy with ur attitude, i will talk to ur cust service again" she even say "I dunno how to tok to ppl like u, if u wanna complain then by all mean complain then"

i am not saying i am a big customer or watever but i am really pissed with this kind of attitude, she didnt even mention one word of sorry or watso ever. Sigh this is my 1st n last time buying mat from them.

Wat u guys think?
