Pos Malaysia make me and my customer trouble...

my customer think that i want to con her, but the true thing is i already send the sticker with normal postage, but the sticker missing at Pos Malaysia..

i dont know where the sticker actually gone...

before this, i use normal postage without having problem, but for right now, i ndont believe with normal postage anymore

Pos Malaysia also take time to update their tracking number of Pos Ekpress

take 1 day to update it...

my customer blame me coz the tracking number not exist when she try to tracking that number.

IDM problem...
when download it stuck with 0kbs meanwhile have the connection to internet...why???
then, i try stop and resume it, but it corrupt after that...
i also restart my pc to make that download is running, but after that it corrupt again..Why??

i tension when download, cant finish my download and waste my time...

help me to solve this problem...
