sending email using php, please help

hi,

I try to send e-mail using php
this is my code sample

$Name = "some name"; // name
$email = "someemail@mail.com"; //senders e-mail adress
$recipient = "recipient@mail.com"; //recipient
$mail_body = 'this is mail body '; //mail body
$subject = "some subject"; //subject
$header = "header";

if(mail($recipient, $subject, $mail_body, $header))
{
echo "An email has been send to your email, containing your purchasing information";
}
else
{
echo "mail delivery failed";
}

and I got error

Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 554 Sending address not accepted due to spam filter in C:\wamp\www\mail.php on line 12

what wrong with this code?I already change in php.ini mailfunction smtp port and smtp host to my smptp and port.
please help
