            <description>If the URA comes into action, which properties will be the 1st target or easy target by developers?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Will it be leasehold condo/apartments in prime area with lease remaining less than 40 years?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Or will be all condo/apartments in prime area that are already more than 50yers old?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;or will it be problematic condo/apartments in prime areas such as those struggling with Mastertitle and already old- like Bukit OUG condo?</description>
