            <title>Non Malaysian studying in Malaysia</title>

            <description>Hi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;would appreciate any kind soul to advise me on the below&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have known an indonesian couple working in malaysia (valid documentation..etc)&lt;br /&gt;they have a kid born here (but birth certificate is written as bukan warganegara) and &lt;br /&gt;i would like to help enrolling him to any srk or sjrk school &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;is it possible? since he is non malaysian but born here.&lt;br /&gt;(What are the chances that it is possible?) and what procedure i must do?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just want to ensure that he is given an opportunity for schooling.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;!--emo&amp;:help:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/icon_question.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='icon_question.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Thank you</description>
