P1 Wimax Problem

I m using P1 Wimax for 5 month now here at Puncak Jalil(Sri Kembangan) area.It was fast and great at the first 3 month and than after their so-called upgrading,my line started to getting slow and unstable.My modem which always been green and stable for the first three month,has turn yellow and unstable.
I have made lots of complaint already but all i got from them was congested and waver conclusion(wtf??).Anyone have a problem same as me?

HELP!

I m having a problem to connect my PS3 to the internet for almost a month now.Because of Streamyx unavailable at my area(full port)I used Maxis bband instead.The signal here are very good.I have tried so may times to the point I brought my PS3 to my friend's house who used Maxis bb as well like me which he managed to connect his PS3 to the net, to tried it there.My PS3 managed to connected to the net at my friend place but when i went back home,it s still failed.
Its keep stated same DNS error with number 80710102 though my IP Address is successful.
I am so frustated with this and I just dont know what to do.

FYI I connect my PS3 through cross cable to my pc as well my maxis bb toggle (usb) to my pc and I had to set up my PS3 network,manually.If I set it all automatic,it will say my IP address failed and time out.

Anyone who knows anything about this,care to help me.........I am so frustated here....
