Someone has parked my parking. Any suggestions?

I own a condo. here and each lot comes with a parking. I have not move in yet and I do pay a visit once in a while. I found out someone has parked my parking space and I already made a complaint to the management office. Now (the second) time I found the same car has parked at my parking space. What can I do? Any constructive suggestions? Also I have made a 2nd complaint as well.

I am Unifi user and I come across at TM website that there is a 500MB free wifi data at TM wifi hotspots. I'm in the middle to setup the account. I have come across asking the Service Number Format.

I am not sure what number is this. Could anyone please tell me what is this number?

Engine transplant documentation procedure

Let say, the existing engine is in my car and I want to sell it to someone. What is the procedure? Anyone can shed a light here?
Do I need to do any inspection at puspakom? Or just went to mechanic and ask him to take out the engine for me then I deliver to someone.

SIL3132 PCIe add on card RAID0 intallation fail

Motherboard: Gigabyte EP45-UD3L with Q9550 cpu (with latest mb BIOS)
RAM: OCZ Reaper DDR2
VGA: ATI HD4750
Harddisk: WD Blue 500GB x2
DVD ROM: LG
Add on card: PCIe SIL3132 SATAII with RAID support. (with latest BIOS)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate (with SP1 included)

Raid: Creating RAID 0

First boot, enter to mb BIOS no problem.
2nd enter to SIL3132 Bios to create RAID0, no probem.
Booting Windows 7, no problem.
Loading SIL3132 driver, no problem.
Format harddisk no problem.

When come to installation, Windows hang at around 10%.

Anyone can teach me how to solve this problem? I hv tried many ways including flashing to latest bios and still cannot make it work.
