Shopee shipping cost

hello!

anyone selling or buying at shopee??
i'm so confuse. how do they sell their large item with low shipping cost?? some can even offer free shipping to east malaysia.

i saw a huge teddy bear so large, up to 100cm in height and yet their shipping cost to east malaysia is only RM1. WTH!
i calculate using the volumetric or dimensional weight, it should cost more than RM100+.

i saw a ratan basket 32x34x32cm shipping fee should be RM70+ but they charge RM17 only!!

there's is also some seller from overseas selling item on shopee and the shipping cost is not more than RM5. how can it be so low??

anyone knows how it works?

hello,
i'm looking for a college that offer game design degree course either in malaysia or overseas. any recommendation? (other than LKW)

i did some research on Singapore and Australia college 2 but their school fees is WAO!! ><

i already applied for taiwan uni but i still want to search for more so that i have more choices and also just in cast that i'm not being selected.
