Disappointed about Shopee

Hi! I’m so upset so I want get some input here..

I bought adidas sport bra in Adidas official store in Shopee. I wasn’t sure about this size but I saw the product image shows “Not the right size or color?, no problem return for free”, so I confidently purchased it. So unfortunately the size can’t fit. So I messaged adidas shopee, and they said can’t exchange only can return. So I returned the parcel; they are shopee mall, so the returned item was sent to Shopee. A guy from Shopee called me, and told me undergarment can’t return, I told him Adidas accepted my return so I screenshot the chat to him. Then he kept on repeating he is following SOP only, i said I understand but Adidas already accepted. So I asked adidas again, they told me yes please return it. So I told Shopee and screenshot again now clearer with my order number and product. Then the shopee guy just ignored me, this is no excuse for customer service to ignore a customer. So I got upset and ask adidas shopee again and adidas finally told me that final decision is ultimately by Shopee. So basically, adidas push all responsibility to Shopee, and Shopee don’t care if a customer is misled in a purchase and now have to keep a item I can’t wear at all.. I decide to donate the items, and the price is not a lot just RM170 but I really don’t like the feeling of being ignored and felt no care by Shopee at all. my lesson learnt and really disbelieve shopee can treat a customer this way. Yes i should read T&C to be sure but I’m frequent online shopper and usually if no return will be clearly stated in the product page, picture and product description but this case no, otherwise stated “no problem can return for free”. I informed Shopee about all these but the guy just ignored me and rejected my return.

Canon G12 not functioning properly

Hi, I just bought a secondhand canon G12 camera? It’s not working properly, after few seconds will show error - a camera error was detected. Will shut down automatically. And also when I rotate the LCD screen and push down screen on to the camera (screen facing me). the screen becomes blank, I think the screen unable to detect when I rotate the screen. Anyone knows where I can bring to fix it?
