Any method to get the caller's location in Malaysia? My dad's friend keep calling to dad said he is at somewhere now, he needs money for emergency use.

I will buy Nikon D7000 soon. So, I want to know which zoom lens is the best for D7000? The price have to below RM1500. Any experienced photographer here can suggest me? Thanks in advance.
