Resign before bonus

Dear guys,

I'm having a dilemma here. I have been offered a position in an O&G services company and they offered me good salary and benefits. My new job is something I love and it would be stupid if I don't take it (much much better than current job).

The problem now is that I need to serve three months notice. But my company bonus is not until mid-Dec (bonus is awesome). I want to take my bonus first before I tender my letter. But then, this new company wants me to start as early as possible, which is in Jan.

My brother told me that I can't be greedy. I can't have both.

I still have some leaves left to compensate some of the notice days. I scared to tender earlier as it may jeopardize my bonus. What should I do??

my sis just finished her spm. she's interested in culinary arts. what is the best college that offers good culinary course with reasonable fee. i heard kdu is ok. is thr any local uni that provide this sort of courses. how about scholarships? besides nst and the star fund scholarships, what other educational aid offers out thr?
