Hi Property buyers and sellers,

Need to seek advise about the above.

I have dispose my property which is personal owned and the property is already 5 years as per S & P date.

However my solicitor insist that i still must pay property gain tax and will be refundable..

I find it weird?

Have anyone experience this and seek your advise on this.

Need to know when we dispose our property thru property agents, according to the agents, there is a 5% GST Fee which we have to pay. I have not heard or read in the papers about this. Need forumers views to enlightened me about this.
