Beauty advise needed

I have a few question to ask which is related to facial & hair. Hoping that any of you would give some recommendation, beauty product to use or beauty advice.

1 ) I have a dry, dull, yellowish & tan skin, have quite some pimple scars ( which gone black ) on my forehead and it tends to pop out 1-2 pimple out of no where anytime..hoping to have a flawless, fair, scar free skin ( if possible ) Any product you'll recommend? any advice on what should i take?

2) I wash my hair almost daily, i have slightly frizzy ends, scalp is sensitive to conditioner & my scalp feels itchy the very 2nd day. What should i do with it? Any advice?

3) I have very deep black eye circle, due to long timing working in the aircond room, any advisable product to use? i've tried certain product but it doesnt work for me..

Advice will be appreciated.

Halo~ nice meeting you all~

I would like to know how many of you girls here love to play car's or fancy powerful car's?
Do you guy's able to accept female's who love car, drive fast most of the time?
Im a female and sitting in a car that drive up to 260kmh is still fine for me and i find it fun.
Personally my favourite car is GTR 34.

Banking matter

I used to bank in coin's & syilling's previously. But i never know that the banker would tax.

Say for example i bank in 50 bucks coin & the banker actually tax me another RM10. why? what is their rates to rates to bank in coins now?

Or just banking any amount of coins still cost the same taxing rate?
