Well, i&#39;m already attended for the first interview and everything was going good. They offer me 4900MYR which is slightly higher that my currently salary. By times, i felt that my current company ( KL ) and job scope way too crappy. Furthermore, i also felt being cheated by the company as the time i sign the agreement the term and condition were totally different with now. So, the main problem is i&#39;m not sure whether should move on to DELL as my hometown just nearby penang island. FYI, i&#39;ve been have in work more that 4 Years in KL ( from HP - Toshiba - until the recent job ). So , anyone from DELL mind share with me how was the working environment over there. Now our economy still under recession , therefore i&#39;ve make some right decision and also right step.
