If i have discovered a company registered with the ssm malaysia by carrying out business, let's say selling computer hardware.

However, the actual form of business is providing software tuition service. And it is nothing to deal with selling of computer hardware.

The questions:
1. It is considered a breach of ssm act?

2. Will it be fined and it is under which act of registra?

3. What is the highest confinement?

4. What is the solution for the company owner to settle with the ssm?

EFFECTIVE way in recovery personal debts

I need to recover a personal debt from my debtor.

IT IS PERSONAL NOT INVOLVE IN ANY COMPANY DEBTS.

We have signed the agreement and repayed in monthly basis for a period of 2yrs++

However, my debtor is currently defaulting more than 3 months outstanding.

I am seeking advice in EFFECTIVE way to recover this debt. I truly understand the difficulty of getting back the money but i would like to know anyone has the better way to deal with this?

The loan is 80k and oustanding is 75k atm.

Besides than suing to court, what EFFECTIVE step can i take?

Does anyone have successful story about the debt recovery company on such case?

If i were to take the litigation, how much approximately will it cost me from the legal fee to court fee?

Your kind advise is much appreciated.

Hi, I need advise from fella for the situation below.

I have a friend *thereafter known as creditor* who owed my family around 80k. The creditor has signed the agreement with us for repaying the 80k in 35mths installments scheme.

Mean time, this creditor does have another debt amounting 30k which being sued by her debtor and the court already had the judgement that the creditor shall pay to her debtor of the full amt of 30k in the last May'2009.

However, this creditor ignores to repay to the 30k debtor.

1) what action can the 30k debtor take against this creditor?
2) if the 30k debtor apply bankruptcy for this creditor, what happened to my family loan of 80k which we didn't issue court summon to her like the 30k debtor does?
3) recently, the creditor has not paid the served loan up to 3 mths. What can we do to her?
4) if she happened to declare bankruptcy, what is the consequence for her to recover her blacklisted name from the bankruptcy?
5) Is it possible she will recover her name from bankruptcy without repaying to the debtor?

Recently my windows keep appear blue screen during running.i saw the screen stated windows are dumping memory thus i decided to run memtest86 to check whether my RAM got problem or not.the the result i get is i was not able to pass any of test and got lot of errors.so does this mean my ram is faulty?can i send for RMA?
