NEED HELP WITH LARGE SIZE BINDING

I'm having trouble getting my portfolio bind as the length for the required binding area is longer than the standard length which are the normal A4 size (longer side). My portfolio size is slightly larger than A3 size and I have been to many photocopy / printing shop and they only provide the standard size binding.

So, anyone have any idea where I can get a larger size binding for my portfolio in Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur? I do preferred spiral binding as it look more neat for a portfolio.

[HELP] XBOX 360 (MOD)

I just bought a modded 4GB X-BOX slim recently. I was able to play all of the games until I updated my X-Box LIVE as I just purchased the whole new set of Guitar Hero band set and would like to try the online feature of it. After I updated it, I was unable to play HALO:Reach which I can before. The console can't read the CD and I need to turn my console off/on to remove the CD as it get stuck in it. Other games seems to be working just fine. The HALO CD tested fine when I took it back to the shop for an exchange. I have consulted few shops but they can't seem to be able to sort my problem out. So, I was hoping that maybe some of you here have the answer to this problem which I believed is related to the X-Box LIVE updates and hoping that there is a solution to it as I really wanted to play HALO:REACH. Thanks.
