Flashing/Blinking Behringer FX600 problems

My behringer FX600 LED keeps blinking/flashing rapidly even its switched off.
Anyone has exprienced it before?

Computer cannot be turned on

Hello everyone..

When i'm using my computer,the computer suddenly turned off and it cannot be turned on back..
There is no power led lights,the fans are not rotating even a 1milisec...
This problem occured 2 weeks after i upgraded my gpu and i added 1gb ram on my pc
This problem also occured 2 years ago when i'm playing game and that time my computer on a different mobo
The 2 years ago problem occured after i have used my computer about 3 years(no change of hardware)

After i changed the psu..the computer is working again.Now the problem is occured again with different type mobo,psu,and gpu
The 2 years ago problem seem better,because the cpu fan is responding by trying to rotate(the fan rotates a very little,little movement)..and also no power led lights,only my monitor is on(the monitor is using power from my psu)

Current problem is same but this time,there is no movement at all on my cpu fan..only my monitor is on..

2 years ago problem pc spec:

Intel D101GGC motherboard
400 watt psu(cap ayam)
Gecube ati radeon x550 GPU
Pentium 4 3.00ghz HT
512mb ddr

Current problem pc spec:

Biostar G31-M7
475 watt psu(replaced the psu above about 1 year ago)(cap ayam also)
Sapphire HD5670(replaced the gpu above)
Pentium 4 3.00ghz HT(same cpu)
2 gb ddr2

Anyone can help me?

Computer cannot be turned on

Hello...

Last afternoon, i was playing game..then suddenly the computer was turned off..i tried to switch on,but failed..the motherboard has lighted up...but it cannot be turned on..i put off all the hardware such as ram,processor harddisk,cd rom and tried to turn on, but it failed..i tried on the computer without processor,and seem the powersupply's fan not rotate even the heatsink fan..but the motherboard has lighted up signaled that the motherboard has received current...then,i borrowed power supply from my friend..but it also failed...what is the problem??is it the processor or the motherboard??...

Processor : Pentium 4 3.0ghz Hypher - Threading
Motherboard : Intel D101GGc
Powersupply : ATX 450W
Harddisks : SATA 200GB and ATA 80GB
Otherhardwares : CD - ROM,floppy disk,harddisk cooling fan
Graphic Card : ATI Radeon X550
RAM : 256 MB x2
