            <title>Adobe Flash Player problem</title>

            <description>I seem to have problem installing the latest adobe flash player on my win7 64-bit laptop, i tried the methods posted on adobe&amp;#39;s side, but insofar it only worked for IE. I can&amp;#39;t seem to get the flash player running on my Firefox and Steam. Any help?</description>

Kindly note, this kind of activity is categorized as an Internet Abuse case, which by virtue of the terms and conditions of service may result in suspension of service/ account.&lt;br /&gt;The possibilities for the activities might be due to:&lt;br /&gt;1) Virus infection or&lt;br /&gt;2) Real attack by intention from any of your internal user &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Due to that, your Streamyx account will be temporarily suspended.&lt;br /&gt;Please take immediate action to eliminate all the above possibilities.&lt;br /&gt;For virus case please update the virus pattern prior to scanning activities. What are virus protection software used and its licensing details?&lt;br /&gt;e.g. server/client/Corporate Edition etc&lt;br /&gt;3. State number of machines (computers) being used and connected to internet.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Scan every hard disk and all partitions in each machine, e.g.: C drive, D drive for each machine or computer.&lt;br /&gt;5. State the name of machine and each drive together with each scanning result which consists of dates, files scanned and actions taken(quarantined, deleted)&lt;br /&gt;6.Answer the entire question from the Abuse Security Checklist (from the attachment given) and please provide the proper answer in order for our further checking.&lt;br /&gt;Kindly attach the scanning result (screen shot) to prove that all machines are free from virus prior to account reactivation.&lt;br /&gt;For scanning result (screen shot) that you need to submit kindly please follow the troubleshooting as per below:-&lt;br /&gt;1. Home Users who are using PCs/computers at home are advised:&lt;br /&gt;a.    Make sure you?re PCs; browsers are installed with latest service packs and patches.&lt;br /&gt;b.    Install Anti-Virus software on your PCs which scans and blocks any worms /viruses to the PC. Security and Other Features &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;14.1 The Customer shall take all such measures as may be necessary to protect his own system and network. &lt;br /&gt;14.2 The Customer shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his passwords, if any, (including without limitation changing his passwords from time to time) and shall not reveal the same to any other person.
