Funny Yam Ah Mee Turns Into A Popular Figure On The Internet

Unlike Tin Pei Ling, Mr. Yam Ah Mee is the latest figure to rise to Internet fame thanks to the Singapore General Election.

Yam was in charged of announcing the result for the Singapore General Election. Somehow, his repetitive and monotonous speech gave him celebrity-like status overnight, thanks to YouTuber FallenSuperheroSG who posted the famous ‘Yam Ah Mee Club Mix” video. Yam’s fame was also triggered by this misspelt Facebook page which has more than 36,000 ‘likes’ so far.

The video has racked up about 100,000 views within 24 hours and Yam’s personal Facebook page has gathered more than 12,000 ‘likes’ at the point of writing. FallenSuperheroSG wrote up a video description:

“Pursuant to Section 49, Sub-Section 7E, Paragraph A of the Parliamentary Elections Act.”

For our foreign listeners. This is just a spoof of what was heard over and over again during elections at Singapore. No offence to the guy but we heard him say those words over and over again as he read the results of our elections.

No harm intended. This is just for fun of course. Full respect to the guy! (Must be hard spending the whole night saying those words again and again.)

iphone lcd problem

on 3/feb i bought this iphone 2g 4gb. i din do much research on this guy , after i bought this iphone , it work fine for me in the 1st week , but on the 8th (12/feb) day ,the iphone will shutting down itself without giving any signal (4-5times) then i call to seller . but he din pick up my call , so i check online , saw a solution is to refresh b iphone setting, so i did , and it work for me . So i din disturb seller, and i plan to sell this iphone to get the 3g iphone , but on 17/feb , the down part of lcd suddenly can sensor at all, i cant touch the btm 3 button at all, so i did a reseah found tat seller , before selling me this phone encouter some problem on lcd b4 , and he change the ribbon on jan/09 before , but when we dealing or on his thread he din stated his iphone was repaired b4 , so any1 tell me wat should i do . he oni give me 1 weeks personal warranty

tis guy umbalakiki bought a p4 rig from me on feb - march 08 . and our deal is rm550 for the rig .
so when he took the pc from me he paid rm50 for the 1st payment , as our agreement is everymonth paid 100-200 till he paid me all .
but after he drag me till octorber oni paid me the 2nd 100 ?
and tat time price of the full pc ady drop , so i give him some discount , make it Rm300 .
so now he still owe me Rm200 .

so i give him till today nov4 08 to paid me up , but i din receive yet, so i will post it up here.
