Problem with torrent software

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if you all encounter the same problem as i have...

I just came back from overseas, everything was fine before my trip, i can use my bittorrent to download at a good speed.... when i visited middle east i used it to download also... speed extremely fast....

but after i came back, speed drops all the way to 1k or even worse... nothing eventhough it showed connected....

so it is my setting issue or streamyx issue?

I'm planning to buy a property for my family, i need all your opinions/ information.

Below are my requirements:
1.) Freehold (MUST!!!)
2.) Landed property (if can)
3.) Not older than 1 year, hopefully brand new
3.) PJ or KL not a problem, as i'm now staying in Pandan Indah and working in Shah Alam
4.) budget: RM350,000
