I was just trying out and to get a feel of this crypto thingy.
i bought around 40 XRP from Remitano and withdraw it to my Coinomi.

Max amount allowed was 39.999.

upon completion, i only received 20 XRP in my Coinomi.

question is:
1. what happened to the shortfall of 19.999 XRP?
2. if its a transaction fee, will the next transaction be the same amount? (or how do they calculate)
3. any way to claim the shortfall?
4. should i just save keep it on Remi after this?

do advise.

Hey guys,

never had this trouble before, but this is whats happening.
having a contract with the Owner for a year (ending this April 19).
been paying rental on the dot never miss (lambat 2 times for like 2-4 days due to oversea).

recently (a week already) my access card has been barred due to outstanding payment to management.
after checking with the management, my Owner havent been paying since June 2018. (total outstanding until March 19 was rm2.7k)
this isnt the first time happening. as the first time got barred was in June 18 (which i paid the previoud outstanding - deduct from rental).

i have been texting the owner and on Saturday he replied, he will bank in to me for me to clear off with the management.
as of today, no respond and he only READ my text.

this is my plan:
1. dont pay rent until April 2019, instead pay to management and keep the receipts etc.
2. text Owner to renew contract? if he didnt renew the contract, can a Whatsapp text be valid?
3. my plan is to pay the management directly and whats balance of the rental is to pay the Owner.
4. if i stay without no new contract, can i tell my Owner he has to inform me 2 months prior asking me to move out?
5. if need me to evacuate immediately, owner must return my deposit instantly and no delay?
6. make police report on the contract or what not? idk. advise?

is this good idea? help please.
i like to stay at this place tho.
plus my 2 months deposit and half month utilities is with Owner.

[WTA] Canon G11 back screen problem?

i own a Canon G11.
Seldom use.
just that recently, when i wana use it.
i switch it on and the back screen panel went haywire.
the thing is, the camera never jatuh nor sat on or whatsoever.
suddenly only happen.

is there any way for self fix?
or shud i just send it to canon service centre.
how much will it cost est?

Property Value

Hey guys,
ive been hearing that it seems that the Property value will drop somewhere next year or so.
how far is this true?

also, from your point of view (for coming years, with gst implementation and all)
will the value of property in most hot area will increase, maintain or drop?
and how about the far reach place, will it drop? e.g sg buloh, damansara damai, semenyih etc.

as far as i know, my area (double storey) has increased tremendously over the years.
first bought the place at about 100ish (first batch), now its about 7-800k for it.
cornerlot was at 200ish, now its about 1-1.1mil

while my condo, bought at about 170k (fully furnish. 5 years ago).
just went up about 300ish only (highest is close to 400)
should i just sell it now (get some profit and wait before buying another property) or maintain?

do advise and discuss on what u think for the property value pricing (coming future) and my dilemma (on my property)
