iPod nano problem

Dear all,

I need some advices regarding to my iPod nano 3rd Gen failure.

I've formatted the drive using windows and after connecting to my laptop, itunes pop up and ask me to restore the iPod..

the problem is i cant restore ipod through iTunes as the error message pop up (take a look kt the picture attached)

hye!
i'm having a difficulty to connect my father's laptop (IBM thinkpad T42) to the streamyx connection but has successfully connected my own laptop (Compaq presario) to the connection...so i really need the advices and help from u guys..

the questions are:-
1) what is the problem with my father's laptop?
2) the Thinkpad T42 does not have Local Area Connection (LAC) but do have Intel Pro Wireless connection and the streamy broadband connection,is it
cause the problem?
3) what should i do?

guys,need help here....i just installed winVista to my laptop n all the drivers..but there's a problem with laptop speaker..no sound when playing any audio/video file...but when i jacked the headphone, the sound come out..now i only can use headphone instead of speaker..why meh?

i've installed the Ophcrack, but donno how to use it..sigh..

Ophcrack is difference with Ophcrack Live CD...

"Windows-System Error: A duplicate name exists on the network"
