Dear beloved gamers,

It has been over a year since the first Sunway Cyber Games was launched and it was a huge success thanks to the great response and turnout! Those wanting relive the memories or check out what it was like can view the posted video below. Sunway Cyber Games 2009 is about to kick off.

This Year, we will hosting two major games in the Malaysian gaming scene which is Defence of the Ancients and Call of Duty 4 and not to forget our mini event the Solo King of CoD4. The details are as follows:

Venue : Sunway Rock Cafe ( beside Sunway University College )
Date : 19th - 20th December
Time : 9am.
Players: OPEN TO PUBLIC
Deadline for registration : 17th December

*Call of Duty 4 will commence on the 19th of December
*Defence of the Ancients will commence on the 20th of December
*Solo King of CoD4(FFA) will commence on the 20th of December
*Players are expected to be here at 9am to register your team on that day.
*Teams that are interested can reserve your slots now !
*Max slots for Dota is 24 teams.
*Max slots for CoD4 is 32 teams.
*Max slots for Solo King of CoD4 is 24 players per Class.

Prizes for Dota.
1st - RM 1000 + 5x Warcraft III Battle Chest
2nd- RM 300 + 5x Warcraft III Battle Chest
3rd - RM 200 + 5x Warcraft III Battle Chest

Prizes for COD4.
1st - RM 1000 + 1x Razer Orochi + 1x Razer Kabuto
2nd- RM 300 + 2x Razer Kabuto
3rd - RM 200

The Solo King Of Cod4 - FFA ( Free For All )

**Players that joined the Cod4 tournament , 5v5 category can also join the FFA category as they will both be held at different times.

its pretty damn annoying when playing promod server and having the violation message on the top of your screen @.@

SUNWAY CYBER GAMES 2009
=Bringing You A Better Gaming Experience=

Dear members of the community, I know you guys have been patiently waiting for this and we thank you for being patient with us. Sunway Cyber Games 2009 Registration is officially open and you may start registering by filling in the registration form below. To make up for our lateness, we will be choosing one lucky team at random, and have their registration fee waived. Also, the defending Champion from Sunway Cyber Games 2008, which is team ESP, will also have their registration fees waived.

We, the organizing team of SCG 2009 have heard all of your opinions on the matter of the CoD4 format. We have discussed it over and came to the conclusion that a single elimination single map format is not the best competitive format regardless of whatever circumstances there may be, so for SCG 2009, it will be a double elimination single map format but in order for this format to take effect, SCG CoD4 will have to commence on the 19th and it will end on the 20th. Last but not least, we will be having a CoD4 FFA tournament by class. What this means is that we will have FFA tournament for all 3 classes which is Assault, SMG and Sniper. This is not following a 1vs1 format used in the previous Master-at-Arms tournament. 6 players an island will battle it out for the top spot and the top 2 from each island will advance to the final stage where a winner will be decided.

The prizes are to be announced at a later date.

Entry Fee : RM100 per team
Games Played In This Tournament : Call of Duty 4, Defence of the Ancients
