I have a New Black patchwork dress for sale. I bought it online from Singapore and I cannot fit the size unfortunately. It's way too big for me. Faceworks Sunway Mentari

Whatever you all, NEVER EVER go to Faceworks at Sunway Mentari. The girl there is quite a b****. Very rude and lousy customer service . Face pretty but doesn't know how to carry herself professionally.

Letter of Complaint
It is with much regret that I have to resort to writing such a complaint due to the bad service by your Sunway Mentari branch.
30 September 2013 (Monday):
I made a call to the Facework Esthetic Taipan (FWT) branch to make an appointment for eyelash extension (for Groupon Voucher purchase) for both me and my friend, Elaine. The appointment date that we requested for was for 5 Oct (Saturday) as we both have functions to attend on that evening and thought it will be an excellent timing. Unfortunately, the staff at FWT told us that they will be having a company trip and therefore, they will not be able to fulfill the appointment. So I tried calling the other outlet , Facework Esthetic Sunway Mentari (FWSM) and made the same request for the date.
Now, the girl who answered, Jessi , didn’t sound very polite. Perhaps it was her intimidating voice through the phone that I felt that. Since she didn’t ask me for my Groupon Voucher code, I explained to her it’s for two person and I would like to start the eye lash session at 11am on 5 Oct. She said to me, “sure, you have to wait lah..because only one person can do at one time”. Where’s her manners and customer service skill I wonder. I didn’t feel comfortable talking further and I said I’ll check with my friend and will call back if time is right. Given her attitude, I decided to call back FWT branch and asked for another date instead but unfortunately, all dates are full and we thought well, maybe it’s not that bad just to go to FWSM outlet, have the service done and get over with.
5 Oct 2013(Saturday):
Both Elaine and I reached Sunway Mentari a bit early as we usually do rather than being late for an appointment. That was 10.30am and we had breakfast at a coffee shop just next door to FWSM while waiting for our appointment at 11am. When the time comes, not seeing anyone around at reception, we rang the doorbell at FWSM. Jessi opened the door, stood there with her right pink dress and a face mask hanging down from her chin. I introduced myself and my friend and said we are here for our 11am appointment. Jessi straight away told us that she has a customer already and if we want, we can wait or go somewhere and come back. We told her that we already came early and had our breakfast and the least she could do was to give us a call to inform us that we don’t need to come early.
But she didn’t even hear us out and argued and repeated several times (as if we are deaf) that her customer just came. (Now, remember we sat at a table just next to FWSM’s door at the coffeeshop and for the last half an hour while we were eating, we don’t see anyone walking into FWSM’s door!). Even if she had a customer in earlier, WHY is it that she told me on the phone when I made a call on 30 September to make an appointment – that the shop will only open and start work at 11am? Anyway, in her argumentative manner and intimidating hand gesture with her eyes rolling showing that she’s agitated and has no time to talk to us anymore further, Jessi went on to say in Cantonese “ you can wait lah but will take about 30 minutes lo”. We told her, that’s not the point, you could have just given us a call so we can come later. Then came her appalling answer “oh, I will not call one lor”. Both me and my friend were quite taken aback at such a reply from this girl. This kind of attitude is uncalled for and especially in a customer orientated industry even when a customer is wrong, you do not have the right to answer in such a rude manner. In our case, we were punctual and what have we done to deserve such an unwelcoming character from her! Yes, we may be just a Groupon voucher user but once a company offers such a service, not only we will not go back to it again in future, but we will definitely tell our friends how disappointing it is to use your service. For every one bad service you give, you get 10 unhappy customers along the way and the trust me, bad service goes around a long way through word of mouth – it’s as easy as that.
After that, we just decided to walk away and we drove to USJ 10 and because we were so angry from the earlier incident. I tried calling USJ 10 branch forgetting that your staff was away. Then since it was already 11.30am, we thought it is only right we call FWSM outlet to inform Jessi that we have decided to cancel our appointment so she doesn’t need to wait for us. Yes, even though we are upset, but it is only right and appropriate to not keep someone else waiting. However, our call was not picked up when we tried calling FWSM and the call was forwarded to a girl name Agnes who kindly explained that it’s a forwarded call and said that she is away on company trip. I quickly told her about what happened between us and Jessi. Agnes conveyed her apology and said she now has my number and that we can try to make appointment with her when she returns to KL on Tuesday (8 Oct).
It may not be our problem to say this but we sincerely hope Facework Esthetics Sdn Bhd takes more pride and effort in selecting their staff in future. Please look into this case and do the necessary if you as a Company still value your customers. We expect a formal reply from you.
Our two cent’s worth of advice to Jessi Sze of FWSM:
Jessi, you may think you have the looks and body for the kind of service you offer to customers but girl, trust me that professional customer service goes a long way. As I see you are quite young, it is obvious that you still have a lot to learn about treating your customer right. And please have some decency to learn proper manners in presenting your words when speaking to someone. You may have a pretty face but it’s a pity that you lack much finesse. Your attitude and how you carry yourself in front of others is what defines who you are – in this case, you are no where near how a girl should behave. So, please do yourself a favor and start polishing up on your self-presentation. If you have a bad attitude/character, it is not only your reputation at stake but also the Company you work for where ever you go.

Hi,
Can anyone advice me where about I can get this keyboard and mouse set? I am looking for this :

I have also tried calling most of the microsoft vendors and they don't have it. Some told me this model is already absolute or not in Malaysia market.
I even wrote to Microsoft US but they don't ship it out of the States either.

I don't mind the older models as long as the keyboard and mouse looks something like this. I need it to curb my wrist problems.

Would appreciate some advice/tips

Microsoft Office

I know I may sound cheapskate but I am currently trying to looking for pirated versions of Microsoft Office 2007 or older doesnt matter for my new laptop. Sorry la..but originals are just way too expensive la..cannot afford.

I went around Lowyat last weekend but I can't seem to find any nowadays as compared to those days when it used to have plenty.

Anyone can advice me where else I can look for?
