pc suddenly stuck or hang

why my pc suddenly stuck and the mouse cursor cant be move i must force restart to use it again
sometime,i try to let the pc on and not use it but also stuck after about 30 minute after it boot..
so what is the main problem that cause my pc to behaving like that??
btw,im using 2 gb ram ddr2 and athlon x2 5000+
