The condo is located opposite Havana bar (famous expat hang out) and is fully furnished.

Prefer female tenant.

Small room - RM850
Medium room - RM1200

Minimum stay : 1 year (replacement needed if leaving early)
Deposit : 2 + 1/2 months

I did my e-hasil and put in my salary include all the komisen and incentives.

Then I go work ask ask my kolig , 88% is only report basic income and get back most their PCB. Where as for honest pipu like me only get back like 10% .

So I feel damn Kik sam and du 9 lan! I wanna change but i cannot! If next year i report low sure they will ask why last year high this year low.

So in mareishia U cannot be honest! Is dog eat dog world! All is Wanna be God of gambler and be con man! Only cunning and sly ppl will profit in this world.
