open SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP or PARTNERSHIP ssm?

Hi All,

I am working with a company with fixed income monthly....
Now, my family member wanted to register his online business with ssm. He is asking me to open the partnership with him.
His online business profit per year is around 120k/year, 10k average a month. As of now the profit for the company is fully shared to him only since he is the only worker now. He suggested to put my name into SSM because if I wanted to work with him next time, he will share the company profit with me. But now since I have stable income with other company, I haven't explore to help his online business.

My questions are:
If I register the SSM as partnership with him, do I need to file that partnership tax?
If he fully declare his tax with 120k annual profit, then can I just ignore this partnership company profit and only declare my stable employee income with other company?
Or since we are in partnership SSM, we must file 50/50% for the company profit?

Last question, since this is online business, is it he need to keep all the bank transactions as records? Keep all the bank statements?
Now he is putting all the daily business transactions in his own excel file as a record purpose, can it serve as record to show to LHDN officer if LHDN audit him?

Car Insurance : Vehicle Registration No Wrong.how?

Today, when I am trying to help my sister renew car insurance online instead of agent, I found that the vehicle registration number is wrong.

Full Story as below-
My Sister bought a SAGA SV last year. I just checked the e-cover note last year, the vehicle reg no is blank..then I checked the kurnia insurance reminder letter, I found out that the vehicle reg no is same with last year E-cover note number which is long number such as JVC12345678 instead of vehicle plate number.
I tried to check the NCD via motortakaful.com, if I put the vehicle plate number such as W1234C, no records found, if I put the vehicle reg no to JVC1234578, record found.

Anybody experience this before? advice pls..
I think the agent dealer last year bought the Insurance before the car plate number confirme, hence they key in as E-CoverNote No as vehicle registration number into system...

Finally decided to buy k3. But now come to another dilemma, should i wait for year end sales? or take the current offer 7-8k discount with no free service? or wait jan 2015 to buy 2015 model with less discount + free service maybe?

Hi,
Any recommendation for the web hosting site and domain if I want to build a ecommerce opencart website and target for china customer?
Should I consider to host in china? Any suggestion? I need the web hosting support and can easy install the opencart.
