The problem occurs to me during night time only. during the day, internet was fine until my house mate came back from uni. then everything goes wrong.<br /><br />I noticed that everytime my housemate came back, i couldn&#39;t use the internet, whereby, i suspect my housemate restrict my connection because the modem is located in his room. I tried to logon to the modem and see what are the configs, but couldn&#39;t logon. the network light on the corner down right is blinking yet not network disabled.<br /><br />Can my housemate restrict my connection?
