I have applied for this IPO but i apply via ATM machine with manual application. Therefore i need to submit by form to issuing house. Can i know if i fail to submit on time to issuing house, how i get my money refunded? and how if they reject me how i get my money refund?

Nowaday the residential property prices going up crazyly, the prices will continue to rise in the future. is that means for the young generation they chances to owning a house is very rare?? Currently i wanted to buy a house, but the price is crazyly high. im looking for landed or condo below 200k, is this possible within klang valley??
