cash deposit machine problem

today, i went to pay my credit card charges like i normally do through the kiosk machine, but then today, i put in my cash, 1.4k in, suddenly the machine made weird sounds and the next thing i know the screen show ' this machine is malfunction, please contact the bank' and i got a receipt stated 'Depository ERROR' no amount was stated. i called the call centre and they said no documentation about my payment. so where is my cash now? had anyone encounter such situation and what should i do, plan to report to the bank 1st thing in the morning!

do let me know what to do if any1 had encounter such situation before!! Thank you!!

i'm having this problem, everytime i drive more than 90 minutes, my front speaker n twitter juz go silent, but after i off and on back my player, the speakers work again, then same thing will recur

i did not install amp, i asked a shop, was told it's the player problem since speakers work after u off n on back the player....
any1 encounter this issue before? not sure whether is the wiring problem or the player!
