[WTA]using 2 different wifi signal~

i would like to know isit posibble to connect the internet with 2 different wifi spot.
for example, i connect my home wifi internet, and than i connect to my neighbor wifi also.
at the same time i surfing the internet with both wifi.
isit posibble?
i saw ppl selling the router that can borrow ppl wifi, providing a SW that can combine the 2 wifi into 1.
