Need Help~Laptop wireless

Last week, I cant connect internet via my build-in wireless laptop.

I already reformatted, reinstall driver and restore to factory / OEM setting but still failed.

In device manager, no wireless card found.

That mean my wireless hardware already kaput?

When I on my wireless,my laptop will show this symbol at desktop before disappeared.

any sifu can enlighten me what this symbol mean?

CPU auto shutdown

hi..i just bought new processor,motherboard,ram and graffic card coz my old hardware "die" coz of lightning

my problem is my cpu will auto shutdown when playing online game such as GRANADO ESPADA,burn DVD etc with some sound "click" when it auto shutdown and i need to off all my pc's plug before restart it again.i already sent to PC shop and they dont find any problem or face same problem as mine.and another problem is my CPU will auto shutdown AGAIN if i try to format my pc WITH my graffic card attached on my motherboard.but i dont face any problem if i use graffic card on board..my processor also will running 100% if i try to watch anime with resulotion 1280 x 720 or HD format BUT will running smoothly if i use graffic card on board.anyone can pin out or at least give me some idea what is going on to my CPU?.thanks alot
