PC Boot Problem

Hi, i have problem with my pc yesterday. Need help and suggestion..

I tried to start my pc, but it boot up not even show post screen / bios whatsoever.. the fan just run for about 1 second and stop.. If i press the power btn again, nothing will happen.. But i noticed my wireless usb led which connected to usb port was light on. I tried once again to switch off the psu, power plug and boot up again my pc. Same thing happen. I notice pc fan just spin about 1 sec and stop.. Total stop. I have read in the net that maybe ram problem. I already re-sit the ram, still unable to boot. So i decide to try with old PSU, and the pc was able to boot.

So here the question,

Was my PSU faulty? Because when i jump start the psu, the psu fan run like normal.. But when i connect to my rig, it wont boot up... Can someone enlighten me regarding this matter?

hd7870xt
250gb hdd + 3tb hdd
cm hyper 212 (dual fan)
3 case fans

PSU: Seasonic G550

Old PSU: Silverstone ST56F

Need Help - PC auto shutdown

Hi all, need advice on this.
I played Crysis 3 on 7870XT then after for about 30 minutes, pc went shutdown..
I logged for gpu n cpu temp..

Max GPU temp: 71
Max CPU temp: 84

could the shutdown due to cpu over heating or PSU cannot supply any more juice for this card?
Just wanna make sure what goes wrong before i fix on wrong part.

Btw, i am using ST56F aged 5~6 years IINM..
