Malaysia Custom Tax For Camera Accessories

Hi all

Wish to consult you all on this.
Malaysia Kastam tax me on the GoPro LCD BAC which cost USD80 for RM150 (including all the handling charge by DHL).
As I know there is no charge for all camera accessories. But the DHL had paid for that and I need to bear the cost.

May I know if there is anyway I can appeal the money back from Kastam Malaysia?
Anyone had experience with this?
