Laptop SSD Running Out of Storage

Hi fellow seniors/forumers, my current laptop comes with original Windows are running out of storage, and there's alot important documents that I couldn't backup such as Outlook odt and Google login credentials.

Did had some thought process as below:-
1) Upgrade the SSD from PC shop and paid for cloning services (RM100) - risk data leak
2) Extract the moveable high volume file size to ext HDD.
3) Buy a new SSD from PC shop and use ext enclosure with new SSD to clone from existing internal SSD.

If anyone can shed some lights on the best methodology that would be great.
