Details of the complaint :
SMS this guy on the the availability of ZTE MF93D he put on his sales thread. Confirmed the deal and did a online bank transfer where he replied to send the shipping ID tomorrow. SMS him the next day, no reply and try to call his phone always go into voice mailbox. Another forummer having same issue and even got blocked from whatapps. Checked his last active as June 23rd 3.08am but not bother answer our question.

Maybank Home loan

Hi,

Like others, i'm pretty excited on getting my own house so i went to shop around for best home loan package and so far i found Maybank offer the best home package.

It is no flexi type but it does give those flexi feature

1st year - 2.88% flat
2-30yrs - BLR - 2.2%

RM25 per withdrawal, min 1k and in "000 subsequently.
Instance transfer to saving account from Home loan account

3 year lockin period.

What i heard that there is alot of hidden Terms and Condition and my friends said Maybank always offer best loan package but they never take it.

My question is what so bad about Maybank? Is it really alot other hidden charges? Can some expertise here help me on this

MYVI - Passenger Seat is hot

Hi All MYVIs driver and sifu out there,

Any of you guys experience the passenger seat behind will be warm/heat after long hour drive? For my case usually travel PG-KL-PG, my friends always complain the seat behind is hot and when i go feel the seat, it is really hot.
Funny is one of my friend start sweating on one journey back to KL.

Anything that i can assemble to isolate the exhaust from the bottom of the car? What i mean is something that can isolate the heat transder to bottom of the car
