weird display problem

when i turn on my pc, i dunno why my display become like this:

u can see that the display shift a bit to the left. this will continue until the "starting windows" screen. after entering windows, it become normal again like this:

[attachmentid=3220307]

this happen suddenly. meaning that before this it is just normal. as i remeber, i dont alter any of the setting at my GC or monitor. i have try updating my GC driver but still cant fix this problem

help me please

hi, i dunno what is the problem of my GC.
when i check it with GPU-Z, it shows that the core clock & memory running lower that the stock speed.
i try to flash the bios to the newest version, but nothing change the reading of the core clock & memory.
can anyone help me?
