            <title>XP Boot-Up Error Message.</title>

            <description>Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have this problem that i do not know where it comes from and when. Whenever i boot up my computer. i got this blue screen like those Scandisk screen. But written there was &amp;quot;Failed to read state file.. &amp;quot; then a while it will continue to boot to Windows normally. I&amp;#39;m using Window XP Pro.&lt;br /&gt;AMD Athlon X2 +3800, 2 GB Ram, 320GB HDD. Just a normal computer that is about 3 years old now. Haven&amp;#39;t reformat in a while tho. Kinda pack with a lot of things. Not sure what causes the problem, my younger brother is the one who uses the comp. Hmm.. Any one here come across this message before? Any solution to solve it?
