Role: Project Executive (Architectural)

Remuneration: Basic Salary+OT+EPF+Socso

Requirements: As listed below

Responsibilities:
1. Assist Project Manager in drawing coordination, coordinate shop drawings from sub-contractor/supplier, arrange sample material for approval and preparing construction documents.
2. Ensure all architectural works are done according to proper method
3. Ensure all architectural works achieve to high quality standard
4. Ensure all work completed on time and cost efficient
5. Able to coordinate Architectural work with other services such as M&E and C&S and ID, etc.
6. Able to arrange material requisition & scheduling
7. Attend coordination meeting with consultants and sub-contractor

Requirements:
1. Possess a Diploma or Degree in Architectural or any relevant fields
2. At least 5 years experience in related field
3. High rise experience are added advantage
4. Familiar with CIDB QLASSIC standard and requirement.
5. Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Able to work in building construction site at Kuala Lumpur
