Date of transaction: October 11th 2016

Details of the complaint :
1) COD with this guy in JB for the above mentioned items but we have an agreement to have the invoice post dated to year 2017.
2) he said it can be arranged n sent to me on the 24th-25th december 2016 with the condition that he has to state it in the invoice that the items has already been used for 3-4 months n it will not affect my warranty in any way.
3) 9th january 2017 still no invoice. texted him asking for my invoice - no reply. called him with my handphone. he said to email such matters to his office n his staff will prepare it for me.
4) emailed his staff as per his advise. his staff replied to provide details of the purchased items. i emailed the details as per instruction. then no more replies.
5) texted him again no reply. tried to call him but didnt answer phone, didnt call back. email no reply

its end of February 2017 but i'm still left hanging with no invoice for warranty registration n tax return. my advice to his would-be customers, pls settle everything with him during COD n don't leave anything to chance that he may settle it at a later date cos he won't. he will promise all kinds of things but once he receives your money then don't rely on him for any after sales service or for things that was agreed upon

The Bull Terrier or English Bull Terrier is a breed of dog in the terrier family. Although bred as a companion dog, due to its breed heritage and appearance it is often lumped in as a Pit Bull and is subject in some jurisdictions to Breed Specific Legislation.

Description
Bull Terriers are thick-set and muscular with a short, dense coat. Acceptable colours for show dogs are white, (skin pigmentation and markings on the head are not penalized in the UK show ring), any colour other than white, or any colour with white markings (although blue and liver are highly undesirable).

The Bull Terrier's most recognizable feature is its head, described as 'egg shaped' when viewed from the front, almost flat at the top, with a Roman muzzle sloping evenly down to the end of the nose with no stop. The unique triangle-shaped eyes are small, dark, and closely set. The body is full and round, while the shoulders are robust and muscular and the tail is carried horizontally. It walks with a jaunty gait, and is popularly known as the 'gladiator of the canine race'.[1]

There is no designated height or weight for the breed but the average is, Height: 51-61 cm (20-24 inches), Weight: 20-38 kg (44-85 pounds) The Bull Terrier and the Miniature Bull Terrier are the only recognized breeds that have triangle-shaped eyes.

Temperament
Because of their power and difficulty to train (stubbornness), "bullies" are not ideal for a first-time dog owner. However, their physical strength is matched by their intelligence, which makes them thoroughly reliable pets. Both body and mind need to be kept active and they can be fun and playful.

They are typically very affectionate dogs that love human company. Older (mature) Bull Terriers are particularly good with children, and usually have a high pain threshold, which reduces the risk of injury to children from a defensive bite. Younger dogs, however, may regard children as playmates and because of their strength could cause inadvertent injury. They are protective of children in their charge, and the females are especially noted for this. Bull Terriers can make formidable guard dogs while their owners are away.

"Bullies" will usually live and play very amicably with other dogs, choosing to discourage with a firm put-down rather than biting any smaller or less capable animals wishing to rough-house outside their class.

The English bull terrier is a great family dog as they are calm and relaxed but will become very active when played with.
