Guys.. i am thinking about a website where seller/store can go to and enter the following information:-

1. Product serial number
2. Store code
3. Purchase date
4. email address

After press submit and email will be send to the buyer with "thank you for purchasing xxx product".

This website will have a few function:-

1. for supplier to keep track
a. how many product sold daily, weekly, monthly
b. which store sell the most product
c. date product is sold (for customer that claim warranty)
2. for store/seller to update product sold at which date
3. for buyer to check if their product is still within warranty.

How about will i go about this? i am guess i need a database like SQL?
Any place i can learn to do this?
When this is setup, can i login to the database to do queries or update the data?

Rental Income tax

I need more information about how to count the expenses to reduce the rental income. I am more focusing towards the bank interest that i have to pay every month

property 1 : monthly rental 1700 (400 maintenance) = 1300 taxable (estimate interest is 800 per month)
property 2: monthly rental 1000 (no maintenance fee) = 1000 taxable (estimate interest is 1300 per month)

My question is when both my property is rented out, how do i minus the bank interest ?

1. combine the two property income and minus the combine interest (2300-2200 so left 100 is taxable) ?
2. need to calculate it separately? 1300-800=500 1000-1300 = 0 therefore 500 is taxable?
