[WTA] Maxis Wired vs TM Unifi

(New topic made since the moderator closed my original topic on the main board.)

Went to the PIKOM PC Fair last weekend and found out that Maxis has fibre optic wired broadband now. This is the first I've heard of it. Can anyone give any comment on the speed/service? Mostly concerned about the stability and reliability of the line since I've heard quite a few complaints about Unifi's service not being available or slow speeds and next to nil on Maxis' Wired.

Recommendations and feedback are appreciated. Thank you!

Feedback is appreciated.

Aerobics, Martial Arts or Dancing?

Hi, I'm an 18 year old female and I was wondering which of the above three options (Aerobics, Martial Arts or Dancing) is more effective in loosing weight? I'm not joining the programmes just to lose weight by the way, but also as a (hopefully) hobby.

I'm what most people would consider as obese mostly due to my BMI, but I'm guessing most of the weight comes from bone density and muscle than fats considering the fact that I weigh a good 110+ kilograms and can STILL run... and faster than some of my more healthier friends...

Oh, I also seem to have a different type of 'fat' from others? Very hard (not soft and squishy) and most likely harder to lose? ^^;

Uhm, some info on what I'm interested in...

Aerobics was actually suggested to me from my mum. Not much interest in this except increasing my flexibility...

Martial arts, I've attended one year of Taekwondo back in secondary school. It still interests me but I've grown curious and want to try Aikido or Kendo (or more or less, any Japanese related martial arts, otaku influence? xD)

Dancing is an option because I think it's more laid back from Martial Arts and Aerobics? There's music and it kind of let's you take your time to do stuff? I'm not sure...

Thanks you in advance for any feedback ^^
