Electrical buzzing noise problem

I am wondering if anyone can help with my electrical buzzing noise problem.

Whenever my water heater is on, i got this electrical buzzing noise coming from the back panel of the TV as well as from my stereo speakers. I have tried to plug the TV and the Amp into other power outlet but still got the same problem. The noise can be heard even when my equipment is on stand-by. I really have no idea what's wrong. Please, anyone can give some advise what could be the cause of my problem?

Entry level High-End Stereo Integrated Amp

Hi,

Need some sifus advice.

I am on the look out for an entry level high-end integrated stereo amp. I would also like to get one with Unity Gain aka HT bypass input and also support input selection via remote control (i want to use this with Harmony remote). Trouble is, i can't find many around with this feature for amps in the 5K - 15K price range that meet my requirements (good quality high-end sound and with the HT input).

So far, i've tested the following stereo integrated amps:

1. Unico - Nice sounding amp but AV input is only label only - Dropped.
2. Naim Nait 5i - Nice sounding amp and have HT bypass input - Prefer other design and also more powerful & warmer sound.
3. Musical Fidelity A5.5 - Very very nice sounding amp and have HT bypass input - A bit expensive and made in Taiwan now.
4. Krell KAV-400xi - Nice powerful amp and have HT bypass input - Prefer something with more warmer & musical sound.
5. Ayre AX-7e - Strange i don't find it amazing given the expensive price. Don't like the design - Dropped.
6. Densen B-110 - Nice amp but i feel not value for money here - Dropped.
7. Primare i21/i30 - Nice amp but no HT bypass input (have not audition yet though) - Dropped.

I like to add Simaudio integrated amps to the list but i cannot find anyone selling them anymore in Malaysia.

From the above, it's only down to Naim, MF or Krell. Any others that are in the same league that i should consider?

I know it's silly and i should make decision based on sound quality and not feature but i still really hope to get one with a true HT input.

Any comments and recommendations is much appreciated and welcome. Thanks a lot.
