hi guys, been having a problem lately with a BSOD only when I shutdown with the below msg

A problem has been detected & windows has been shut down to prevent damage to ur computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart ur computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps :
ck to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or ck with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try
changing video adapters.
Ck with ur hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable
components, restart ur computer, press F8 to select advanced starting options, and then select safe mode.

doesnt seem to affect normal pc usage.. only during shutdown. there's at least 20gb of free space left in the windows drive

hi guys, I recently purchased a latitude from the dell factory outlet which stated had 1 year warranty. The invoice states 1 year warranty as well.
however, when i checked the warranty status online, it is 3 years! Which one should i follow? Is there an email add i can send my Q to?

when i try to call their technical support line, it asks me to give the express code which is no where to be found on the back of my lcd.
There isn't even an option to speak to an operator..

ok... this is gonna sound really stupid, but i cant get the soundbar off my monitor. i've tried pushing, pulling , prying, tugging and the damn thing just wont come off. theres a latch thr which does not do anything nomatter what kind of pressure i put on it. btw i have a 1704fpt.

help! my housemate is port forwarding

long story short:

1. housemate dicsovered the joys of portforwarding on fri/sat

2. since then, frequent dc, super slow dl's/surf (i dont portforward)

3. i'm pissed off coz i'm pretty sure he isnt limiting his dl/ul bandwith

my ques:
is there anyway to silently/quietly block his portforwarding without him knowing short of going into the router homepage and deleting the portforward thingy or telling him?
wanna do it without him knowing...
